INCIDENT: PC 290.012(A) - Sex Offender Failure to Register - Annual Update
LOCATION: 400 Block of C St., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Paul Kolacki, 73-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, October 31, 2026, at approximately 8:30 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department contacted Paul Kolacki during a follow up investigation near the 400 block of C Street in Needles, CA reference a failure to complete yearly registration as a sex offender.
During the investigation, Kolacki was found to be in violation of the above mentioned charges. Kolacki was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Kolacki remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with on $30,000.00 bail awaiting a court hearing.
