Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Person's Detail are seeking the public's assistance in locating an At- risk missing, Michael Duncan. He is a 23-year-old Black male who was last seen on November 2, 2026 at 6:00 A.M., in the city of Monrovia.
Mr. Duncan's height is 5’ 02”, 113 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans. .
There is a concern for his well-being as he suffers from paranoia, schizophrenia, depression, is blind from one eye and has the mental capacity of a 13/14 year old.
