The Cranford Police Department will be conducting Active Shooter Training Exercises tomorrow, Thursday, November 5, 2026, and Friday, November 6, 2026, at Brookside Place School between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Please be advised that there will be a significant police presence in the area, along with simulated emergency activity. This is only a training exercise — there is no threat to the public.
This joint training effort between the Cranford Police Department and Cranford Public Schools is being conducted while school is not in session, to ensure the safety and preparedness of our community.
