LOCATION: Pebble Beach Drive / Riviera Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Naomi Smith, 21-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at about 10:57 p.m., deputies from Victorville Station responded to the area of Pebble Beach Drive and Riviera Drive in Victorville regarding a vehicle collision.
During the investigation, deputies learned that Naomi Smith was driving a gray Mazda 3 when she collided with an occupied apartment building in the 14000 block of Rodeo Drive. A juvenile inside the apartment sustained a laceration to a knee and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
Naomi Smith was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for California Vehicle Code section 23153(A) – Driving Under the Influence Causing Injury, and California Vehicle Code section V.C. 23153(B) – Blood Alcohol Concentration of 0.08% or Higher.
