* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 4 PM AKST this afternoon. For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects, damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PRINCE OF WALES ISLAND ... KETCHIKAN GATEWAY BOROUGH
