A public presentation concerning the proposed redevelopment of Block 3904, Lot 1 (110 First Avenue) is scheduled for the City Council meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
This is a preliminary conceptual presentation only. No formal public hearing or vote will take place at this meeting.
The proposed project consists of 54 apartments wrapping a parking structure with five and a half levels and 333 parking spaces.
Public comments will be welcomed during the regular open public comment period of the City Council meeting following the presentation.
