Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Ming-Shui Yui Hsieh. Mrs. Hseih was last seen on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at approximately 9 p.m., in her residence near the 20000 block of Rhonda Circle in the city of Cerritos. On Friday, March 27, 2026, Ms. Hsieh was seen on nearby surveillance footage at approximately 8:55 a.m. near the same location.
Mrs. Hseih is described as an 83-year-old female Asian adult, 4’11”, 110 lbs., with grey hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink and grey striped shirt, black long jacket and gray shoes with light blue laces.
Mrs. Hseih’s family is concerned for her well-being as she is non-verbal and is asking for the public’s help.
