Warrant suspect arrested (update) 
The suspect who ran from police and forced two schools in to lockdown was located and arrested.
Shortly after officers cleared the initial call a witness observed the suspect in the 4400 block of Cochran Street. Officers responded to the area, made contact with the suspect and arrested him without further incident.
The suspect was identified as Brandon Apperson (22 yoa) of Simi Valley. He was booked at the Ventura County Jail for Burglary and two outstanding warrants.
