UPDATE - One Person of Interest in Custody after Attempted Vehicular Assault on State Trooper 
Mitchell – (Lawrence County) A person of interest has been taken into custody regarding an Attempted Vehicular Assault against a State Trooper that occurred just after 9:30 this morning.
IN CUSTODY: Richard L. Cobb, age 46 of 530 South 9th Street in Mitchell (Photo #1)
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the unidentified second person (white male, unkempt and unshaven, late 30’s early 40’s) of interest is encouraged to contact the Indiana State Police at the Bloomington District at (812) 332-4411. All tips will remain anonymous.
