*3rd Update* #LASD Search Continues for #Missingperson 5 Y/O Aramazd Andressian, Jr, Santa Barbara County
The search for the missing child, 5-year-old Aramazd Andressian, Jr, at El Dorado Point’s Lake Cachuma, has concluded for the day. Investigators thank the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office and Santa Barbara Park Rangers for their assistance during the search for witnesses and evidence. Investigators will continue to collaborate with these agencies as new leads develop.
Regarding the arrest of suspect Aramazd Andressian Sr., South Pasadena Police Department and Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department have made the decision not to present the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration at this time. Suspect Andressian has been released from custody.
The matter remains under investigation. No additional information is available at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into missing 5 year-old Andressian Aramazd Jr.
Investigators have learned that the suspect spent Friday, April 21, 2017, visiting Lake Cachuma Recreation Area in Santa Barbara County.
On Tuesday, April 25th, 2017, Investigators are continuing to search in the area near and around the lake with the assistance of the San Barbara County Sheriff's Office and Santa Barbara County Park Rangers. They are utilizing scent K-9’s and a dive team in hopes of locating any witnesses or evidence leading to the whereabouts of the missing child.

Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Detail are working together with South Pasadena Police Department in seeking the public’s assistance to locate a missing critical child, Andressian, Aramazd Jr.
He was last seen on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. during a custody exchange with his father, Aramazd Andressian Sr, at the Baldwin Park Police Department.
On Tuesday, April 18, 2017, Andressian Jr.’s mother told detectives she saw and spoke to Andressian Jr via “Skype” video chat.
The missing child, Andressian Jr, is described as a Male, 5 years-old, 55 lbs, with short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and white striped shirt, or teal shirt, gray sweat pants, plaid shorts and tan shoes.
The father of the missing child, Andressian Aramazd Sr, was driving a 2004 Gray BMW, 4-door vehicle with CA License Plate #5FIL646. He is in custody with the South Pasadena Police Department.
The vehicle was last seen on Friday, April 21st, 2017, during the early morning hours in Orange County.
Andressian Aramazd Jr.’s family is very concerned and asking for the public’s assistance.
