UPDATE: Water Quality Sample Is Clear after Repair of Main Break on Jungs Station Road
Results from a water quality test came back clear today, Jan. 16, 2018, after a water main break was repaired on Jungs Station Road north of the Central County Fire and Rescue fire station. The water main break affected a few nearby businesses on Jungs Station Road as well as homeowners and residents on Imperial Drive (west of Old Winery Court) and Imperial Court.
If a customer has discolored water due to a loss of pressure, this was caused by the home’s internal plumbing. If you experience discolored water after a main break, you can flush your internal plumbing lines by running the largest faucet in your home, normally the bath tub faucet or any faucet experiencing discolored water, until your water is clear.
