Franklin County in southeastern Indiana...
Ripley County in southeastern Indiana...
Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana...
* Until 600 PM EST.
* At 106 PM EST, local law enforcement and emergency management
reported that thunderstorms had produced heavy rain in both
Dearborn and Ripley Counties, with similar rain in Franklin
County. Radar estimates show around 1 inch of rain has already
fallen this morning, with an additional 1 to 1.5 inches of rain
possible through the afternoon hours. High rainfall rates will
produce rapid runoff from this excessive rainfall, which will
cause flash flooding to occur.

Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Aurora, Brookville, Bright,
Hidden Valley, Versailles, Milan, Osgood, Dillsboro, Oldenburg,
Moores Hill, Lake Santee, Guilford, Wilmington, Logan, Manchester,
Blooming Grove and Sunman.
