northwest of Osgood, moving northeast at 40 mph.

Leon, Ballstown, Penntown, Weisburg, Interstate 74 at State Route
101, Peppertown, Otter Village and Lawrenceville.
This includes I-74 in Indiana between mile markers 145 and 168.
Water will pond on roads and may quickly fill roadside ditches and
small streams.
