Deputies served a search warrant & one woman was cited for poss of drug paraphernalia & another arrested for warrants

LOCATION: 1700 block of Collins Street, Needles
SUSPECT(S): Teresa Bilgard, 50 years old, resident of Needles
Darby Wright, 24 years old, resident of Needles
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, January 25, 2020, at approximately 12:25 p.m., deputies conducted a search warrant at a residence at the 1700 block of Collins street in Needles. During the service of the search warrant, deputies contacted Teresa Bilgard and Darby Wright at the location. During the search, deputies located drug paraphernalia inside the residence.
Teresa Bilgard was arrested for H&S 11364(a), Possession of drug paraphernalia and was cite/released in the field. Darby Wright was found to have multiple active misdemeanor warrants and was arrested for her outstanding misdemeanor warrants and booked into the Needles Jail.
