Deputies arrested Antonio Miller for Assault with a Deadly Weapon after he assaulted a man with a tire iron

INCIDENT: Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: 600 block of Acoma Street, Needles
SUSPECT: Antonio Miller, 25-years-old, resident of Needles
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, February 27, 2020 at about 9:08 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Sheriff’s Station / Needles Police responded to the 600 block of Acoma Street for a report of an assault. Deputies located a male who was suffering from head injuries. Investigation showed Antonio Miller had arrived at the location and assaulted the victim with a tire iron. Miller fled the scene and was not located by deputies.
On Thursday, February 28, 2020 at about 8:15 a.m., Miller was contacted at the Sheriff’s station. He was interviewed and subsequently booked into the Colorado River Station jail for Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He is being held on $50,000 bail.
