Investigators from the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force arrested Kentae Isiah of Victorville
The San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force is made up of investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, Ontario Police Department, Redlands Police Department, California State Parole, Office of Homeland Security and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Investigators from the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force arrested Kentae Isiah of Victorville 
DATE/TIME: February 25, 2020/2:00pm
INCIDENT: Pimping and Pandering of an Adult
LOCATION: 600 block of Fairway Dr, San Bernardino
SUSPECT(S): Kentae R. Isiah, 31-year-old male resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): Confidential Victim- 19-year-old female resident of San Bernardino County
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, February 25, 2020, investigators from the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force, located an online advertisement of a possible juvenile victim of the commercialized sex industry, being advertised at an Inland Empire motel. Investigators immediately initiated an undercover operation to contact, locate and rescue the victim. Investigators located and contacted the victim at a San Bernardino motel, in the 600 block of Fairway Dr. During their contact with the victim, she was determined to be 19 years of age. However, investigators found evidence that supported their belief of the victim's involvement in the commercialized sex industry. Investigators also found evidence identifying the suspect, Kentae Isiah, as to actively Pimping and Pandering the victim from the motel. While investigators were still on scene with the victim, Isiah arrived at the location and was detained by Task Force members. He was ultimately transported to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Central Station for additional investigation and interview. Once investigators had completed their interview and investigation of Isiah, he was arrested and transported to San Bernardino Central Detention Center, where he was booked for Felony violations of Pimping and Pandering of an Adult. Isiah is currently being held in lieu of $1.5 million dollars bail. The victim was rescued, provided access to services and safely released to members of her family.
