SUSPECT(S): Jonathan David Gilbert, a 22-year-old resident of Crestline
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On March 30, 2020, deputies from the Twin Peaks Multiple Enforcement Team concluded an investigation related to a report of a sexual assault against a female victim under the age of 16. The suspect was identified as Jonathan David Gilbert, a 22-year-old resident of Crestline.
Gilbert was arrested at his residence for violation of unlawful sex with a minor when the perpetrator is three or more years older. Gilbert was booked at West Valley Detention Center where he is being held on a $300,000.00 bail.
