Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the shooting of two men, one fatally, in Valinda.
Deputies from Industry Station responded to a business, marijuana dispensary, in the 15800 block of Amar Road regarding a gunshot victim call. Upon arriving, deputies discovered two Hispanic men suffering from gunshot wounds.
A 25 year old victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A second, 31 year old victim was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
At this time the motive for the shooting is unknown. There is no suspect or suspect vehicle description. The murder weapon remains outstanding.
It is unknown if this shooting is gang related.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available.

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to the 15800 block of Amar Rd. in the city of Valinda regarding a shooting death investigation. The incident occurred on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at approximately 8:47 P.M.
A male adult victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. A second male was transported to a local area hospital in unknown condition.
