Narrative:
The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the two victims involved in the traffic collision, which occurred early Sunday morning, as Ryan Moore and Ezekial Bishop.  In the preliminary stages of the investigation, traffic investigators have determined the vehicle’s speed as one of the possible factors in the collision. The collision is still under investigation by the Thousand Oaks Police Department Traffic Bureau.
