| Four subjects have been arrested for Carjacking and Conspiracy. On 11/30/21, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Sheriff’s Dispatch received a call from a victim of a carjacking which had just occurred. The victim said two male suspects, both armed with weapons, approached him as he was seated in his vehicle, while parked in front of his residence. The suspects ordered him out of his vehicle and left in it. Patrol units from the Thousand Oaks station were in the area on another call and quickly located the victim’s vehicle, which was being driven by Jonathan Lucero. A second involved suspect vehicle was located shortly after, which contained the male juvenile, Michelle Lopez and Prissilla Estrada. Property belonging to the victim was found in this second vehicle, as well as in Jonathan Lucero’s possession at the time of his arrest. Jonathan Lucero, Michelle Lopez, and Prissilla Estrada were booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for violations of 215(a) PC – Carjacking and 182(a)(1) PC – Conspiracy, with bail set at $250,000 for each subject. All three are scheduled for court on 12/02/21 at 1:30 p.m. The male juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall for the same violations, as well as an outstanding out of county warrant for his arrest. |
