Morris Plains Halloween Parade & Party today at 4 pm from Robert's Garden to the Borough School. 
The Morris Plains Halloween Parade & Party will take place this afternoon. Participants will meet at Robert's Garden at 4 p.m. and parade on Mountain Way to the Borough School. Refreshments will be served at the school.
Due to traffic and safety concerns, please park at either Simons Park or the Borough School.
