Morris Plains Community Center will be open as a warming center on Thursday, November 3rd from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
The Morris Plains Community Center, located at 51 Jim Fear Drive in Community Park, will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 3rd to serve as a warming center and/or a location for residents to recharge their personal electronics.
