National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flooding WARNING. Sandbags at Landing & SBB, Fire Sta. 44 & 48, Lifeguard HQ, Arbor Park. 
The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flooding WARNING for Orange County. Residents are encouraged to take precautionary measures.
Sandbags can be obtained at the Seal Beach Lifeguard Headquarters, 888 Ocean Avenue, Seal Beach, CA 90740. Additional bags are located at Landing & Seal Beach Boulevard, Arbor Park and Fire Stations 44 & 48.
The City of Seal Beach Marine Safety Department is expecting the following weather conditions from Friday, February 28, 2014 to Sunday, March 2, 2014:
Surf – Expect surf to build to 12 to 16 feet Saturday.
Tide – Saturday morning a 6.1 high tide at 8:52 AM.
Rain – Heavy rain on Friday and Saturday with scattered showers on Sunday.
