The UC Irvine Police Department was recently informed that on July 11, 2014 at about 4:30p.m., a male subject approached a female student at the Langston Library and asked in Japanese for her to help him study for an upcoming English exam. The subject said he had a study room at the Ayala Science Library for them to study. When they arrived at the study room, the subject attempted to contact the female inappropriately. Feeling uncomfortable, she left the area.
On July 15, 2014, the same subject contacted several female students in the Student Center area. He engaged them in conversation and asked if he could massage their feet and take pictures of them. He took photographs and left the area.
The subject is an Asian male, 22 years-old, 5 feet 9 inches, 155 pounds, with dyed brown hair and brown eyes.
