Crime Alert - Sexual Battery
On November 26, 2014, UCI Police Department received a report of a sexual battery that occurred on November 21, 2014 inside a residence hall. The victim reported that she was forcibly fondled by a male subject who she met through social media. The suspect is not affiliated with UCI.
The suspect is described as a male, Filipino, 5’8”-5’9”, 145 lbs., approximately 19 years old, with black hair, a heavy accent and black ear plug piercings in both ears.
It can be assumed that crimes of a similar nature could continue to occur since the suspect has not been arrested. Members and guests of the UCI community should take precautions.
