High heat - Cooling centers open at Tennis Center and Community Center from 11AM to 5PM today and tomorrow

In response to the high heat and humidity the City of Seal Beach will be opening two cooling centers for residents. The cooling centers will provide water, ice and an air conditioned environment from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The locations of the cooling centers are:
