News Release - Online Parking Citation Payment

Subject: Online Parking Ticket Payment Available July 1, 2016
In an effort to make payment of parking citations easier the Racine Police Department will go live with its online parking payment system on July 1, 2016.
A person who has received a parking citation in the City of Racine can now go online at http://cityofracine.org/Police/ParkingTickets/ enter in the vehicle's license plate, and view all unpaid parking citations with the option to pay them through a secure internet payment service.
There is a service charge for use of this service. Credit card transactions will cost $1.95, while debit card transactions will cost the payee $1.00.
Citizens will continue to have several payment options to satisfy parking citations.
BY MAIL:
Make your check or money order payable to the City of Racine and write the ticket number and your vehicle license number on your check or money order. Include your name and address on the envelope and on the ticket where indicated below. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Payments must be received by the Racine Police Department by the due date to avoid additional penalties.
DROP BOX:
Citizens can deposit citation payments in the drop box at the Racine Police Department. The drop box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
IN PERSON:
Counter service is available at the Racine Police Department from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Failure to pay parking citations within 14 days of issue date will result in additional penalties.
