Third Precinct Police Officer, Michael Makowenskyj, School Resource Officer, George Politis, and Community Liaison Officer, Eiffel Ramirez participated in the 1^st annual Hoops for Hunger Basketball Tournament hosted by Assemblywoman, Kimberly Jean-Pierre, at United North Amityville Youth Organization on July 30^th.  The event was a great success attended by hundreds, and brought in thousands of canned goods to help feed those in need within our communities.
