9-4-16 CENTRAL AMERICAN DAY CARNIVAL, "CELEBRATING EL SALVADOR'S INDEPENDENCE DAY". 
The Central American Day Carnival was a huge success. The Third Precinct participated, along with nearly 1,000 community members, in a day of joy, music, and fun.
Inspector Waring, the Commanding Officer of the Third Precinct, was in attendance along with COPE Officers John Wright and Peter Rivera, as well as Community Liaison Officer, Eiffel Ramirez.
