Central Islip Caribbean Day Parade Street Closures for 9-10-16 
On Saturday, September 10, 2016, the Caribbean Day Parade will be held in Central Islip. The motoring public should expect road closures and diversions, particularly during the hours of 10 AM – 3 PM. Spur Drive North will be closed from 10 AM to 1 PM between Eastview Drive and Carleton Avenue. Carleton Avenue will be closed, northbound lanes only, from approximately 11 AM to 3 PM from Spur Drive North to Smith Street. There will be other ancillary detours in the area. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays.
