UPDATE: WYDOT has just cleared snow from avalanche control on N Highway 89. Highway is open in both directions at this time. Thanks for your patience.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Per WYDOT, N Highway 89 is CLOSED due to avalanche control just north of the north Jackson city limits. The closure will likely last about 2 hours. We will send a Nixle when it reopens.
Please use Spring Gulch Rd as a detour until avalanche is cleared.
