At 9:14am the leadership team was notified by the VP of Facilities that we had a water main break on Central Campus and subsequently had to shut off water to the entire campus. Because excavating equipment was already on Central Campus for another project, the workers immediately responded and have begun to try to identify the problem.
In the meantime, we don’t know how long it will take to fix the problem and restore water. This is a safety and security issue and as such we will be shutting down Central Campus at noon today.
All other campuses will remain open.
