Smart911 is a free cellular and landline telephone service available to all individuals. To create a Safety Profile please go to the website at www.smart911.com. The profile that you create can include any information you want a first responder to have in case of an emergency. When you call 911, your Safety Profile is automatically displayed to the 911 Dispatcher. The information that you provide on your profile will assist the dispatcher in determining what help you need and where to send it.
