On Thursday December 7, 2017, Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach will be taking part in a series of security exercises.
Measures will be taken to avoid disruptions to normal operations, but there may be times when the exercises cause delays in base access and temporary gate closures.
Area residents may also see increased military law enforcement activity associated with the exercise, and the station's "Giant Voice" mass notification loudspeaker system may be used.
