Avoid 9th and State as well as Division and State St. rail crossings from 11AM-1PM due to track gate malfunctions. Railroad is aware of the problem and working on repairs. During this time the gates will be stuck down intermittently causing delays. Alternate crossings are at 135th and New Avenue and Jackson St. crossing in Joliet.
