...Hard Freeze Possible Across Most of Middle Tennessee Saturday Night Through Sunday Morning... .As skies clear and winds become light Saturday night into Sunday morning, the full impacts of a strong high pressure system building in from southern Canada will be felt across Middle Tennessee. All of the mid state will experience freezing temperatures. With many locations experiencing temperatures at or below 27 degrees, a hard freeze is expected across most of the mid state. ...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING... The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Freeze Watch, which is in effect from late Saturday night through Sunday morning.

* TEMPERATURE...24 to 29 degrees.

* IMPACTS...With several hours of frost and at least 4 hours of freezing temperatures, and in many locations temperatures at or below 27 degrees for several hours also, crops and sensitive vegetation will likely be killed.
