TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Mon. 4/23 & Tues. 4/24 - Balboa/12th St. & PCH 9AM to 3PM One lane of traffic, signal maintenance
On Monday, April 23, 2018 and Tuesday, April 24, 2018 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Caltrans will be closing down one traffic lane in each direction of travel near the intersection of Balboa Drive/12th Street and Pacific Coast Highway for traffic signal maintenance. During this time, the traffic signals at the intersection of Balboa Drive/12th Street and Pacific Coast Highway will be on red flash on during working hours. The intersection will return to normal operations after 3:00p.m. each day.
