Attempted abduction of child 
At approx. 8:PM this date on Roslyn at Marter a Black Cadillac Escalade driven by a W/M in his 30s Cut off a child riding his bike home. The Subject jumped out of the vehicle and attempted to grab the child by his arm. The attempt to grab the child failed and the child took off. After a short run after the child the subject went back to the vehicle and left E/B on Roslyn.
