As a result of ongoing investigation, King Police Department has arrested CHRISTIAN LANG WILLARD, age 20, of Gordy Trail in Winston Salem, NC 27105. WILLARD was charged with FIRST DEGREE MURDER. He was taken before Stokes County Magistrate Josh Simpson, who issued no bond in this case. He is now being held in the Stokes County Detention Center. In addition, a body was located in the State of Virginia tonight. Investigators have reason to believe the body is that of ARZELL TUTTLE, although the identification is unconfirmed at this point. The investigation is continuing.
