2/24/19 8:05a - Per Teton County Road & Levee, the Elk Refuge Rd from E Broadway north to the winter season closure is CLOSED due to winter conditions. Blowing snow and drifting is causing hazardous driving conditions and several cars have been stranded already. There is no estimated time for reopening. We will issue a Nixle message when the road opens.

2/24/19 8:05a - Today 2/24 and the next couple of days are setting up to be very active weather days. You should expect winter driving conditions and road closures. Stay tuned to www.weather.gov/riw for the latest weather info and www.wyoroad.info for the latest road condition info. So far:
- N Highway 89 from Moose to Moran and Moran to Yellowstone has a "No Unnecessary Travel" advisory
- Highway 22 Teton Pass will close at 3:00a on 2/25 for avalanche control.
