The City of Manchester would like to advise members of the public of events that may cause traffic delays and increase traffic congestion today in Downtown Manchester, NH. Please allow for extra time getting into the downtown area and expect delays.

MILLENNIUM RUNNING SHAMROCK HALF MARATHON
The Millennium Running Shamrock Half Marathon will be held today, March 30th from 9:00AM until approximately 2:00PM. This event will begin and end at Veterans Park. Many of the roads will close intermittently throughout the course as a safety precaution for the participants. The Manchester Police Department and Millennium Running will have course marshals throughout the course route to assist local residents with navigation through road closures.

2019 NCAA MEN'S ICE HOCKEY NORTHEAST REGIONAL
The University of New Hampshire will host a 2019 NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Regional. The 2019 Men's Ice Hockey Regional will take place at SNHU Arena in Manchester NH on March 29 & 30.

Motorists are urged to use caution in all event areas as there will be several road closures and participants in the roadways. Motorists are also advised to use alternative routes to enter the City as delays are expected on I-293 exits five (5) and six (6). More information regarding these events is available on the City of Manchester website www.manchesternh.gov, Nixle, and on social media.
