Details: ***SILVER ALERT*** has been issued on
April 18, 2019 at 9:25pm. On April 07, 2019 James
William Macinnis was last seen at about 6:30pm
leaving the 1200 Block of Leake Memorial Church
Road in Germanton NC 27019. He reportedly left with
a female named Tina, in an Acura that was black in
color. He was wearing a striped polo shirt that was
blue and green in color, blue and green in color
checkered shorts, white socks, and red and white
shoes. He left without any extra clothes. James also left
with a 9mm handgun (possibly Glock) that was
holstered on his side. On April 12, 2019 James
reportedly texted his mother stating he was in a
Charlotte hospital because he was in a wreck. He did
not specify which hospital in Charlotte he was located.
James is reported to have a medical condition for
which he is prescribed medication that he has been
refusing to take. James has a tattoo on his left arm
“SPENCER”. He may be in the Charlotte, Winston
Salem, or Greensboro areas. If you have any
