Portland PD: The Run for the Fallen will be coming into Portland around 4:30pm heading to Freedom Park 
Portland PD advises that traffic will be slow or congested around 4:30pm due to the Run for the Fallen. The public is encouraged to line up along the run route from North of the City Limits to Freedom Park. The Run should be over around 5:30pm however these time could change. The attached maps show the run route as well as where Freedom Park is located.
