* TIMING...Areas of dense fog have developed and are expected to expand over southern Wisconsin this morning.
* VISIBILITY...1/4 of a mile or less.
* IMPACTS...Reduced visibilities impacting driving conditions. Slower driving speeds will increase travel times.
