2nd Annual Capitola Beach Festival Road Closure Information, September 28th & 29th, 2019. 
The Capitola Esplanade, 100-200 Blocks of Monterey, 100 Block of San Jose Ave, Wharf Road from 49th Ave to Stockton Ave, and Cliff Drive will be closed to thru traffic on Saturday, September 28th from approx. 7:00AM-11:00AM.
and
Stockton Avenue at Wharf Road and Capitola Avenue will be closed on Saturday, September 28th from approx. 6:30PM-9:30PM for the Nautical Parade happening on the Soquel Creek.
