UNTIL 1015 PM CDT...
At 950 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking outflow wind from strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles east of Gibson
City to near Beason. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible.
Locations impacted include...
Champaign, Rantoul, Clinton, Monticello, Mahomet, Le Roy, Heyworth,
Farmer City, Fisher, Maroa, Warrensburg, Thomasboro, Gifford,
Argenta, Mansfield, Saybrook, Wapella, De Land, Bondville and
Waynesville.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 57 between mile markers 236 and 257.
Interstate 72 between mile markers 154 and 160, and between mile
markers 167 and 180.
Interstate 74 between mile markers 146 and 179.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central
Illinois.
