Mandatory evacuation order downgraded. You can return home at your own risk. 
The Sonoma County Sheriff has downgraded the mandatory evacuation order for the City of Healdsburg to an evacuation warning. If you live in Healdsburg, you are now allowed to return home at your own risk. You do not need to check in with anyone and you do not need a peace officer escort.
