* WHERE...In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In West Virginia, Hardy, Western Grant, Eastern Grant and Western Mineral Counties.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday. For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HARDY ... WESTERN GRANT ... WESTERN MINERAL ... EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY ... EASTERN GRANT
