Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating an incident in which gunshots were fired into a residence in West Babylon early this morning.
 
Multiple shots were fired into an occupied house on York Place just after midnight. There were three people inside the residence, none were injured. Three men were observed fleeing the scene in an automobile after the shots were fired.
 
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
