• To file an incident report (non-emergency), please call 856-665-1200. Your information will be taken and a police representative will call you back to take the report over the phone.
• For a copy of an incident report, please write a letter requesting the report and have the letter notarized, mail it along with a copy of your valid driver license or government issued ID. The mailing address is 820 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill NJ 08002, ATTN: Police Records.
• To obtain a copy of an accident report, please email Police Records at [email protected]. Please include your case # or information (name of driver, vehicle info, date/time of accident & etc.) that can be used to locate the report. The Self-Reporting SR-1 Crash Form has been added to our Website under the Forms and Reports Section (Self Complete Crash Form). Citizens are able to download the form, fill it out and mail it to the State at the address provided. This form can be found at http://www.cherryhill-nj.com/134/Forms-Reports.
• For A letter of Good Conduct for a Cherry Hill resident, please fill out the Good Conduct Questionnaire form and email it along with a copy of your Driver License or government issued ID to [email protected]. • For defendant discovery requests or a copy of an arrest report, please fill out the defendant discovery form and have the form notarized and mail it along with a copy of your valid driver license or government issued ID.
